  • You should also decide on the number of hours you will be devoted to the game.

  • You should always set deposit limits while playing so that you never deposit more than you can afford to lose.

DONT’s

  • You should not play Ludo Supreme by taking loans.

  • You should not get into a game if you have other planned tasks on hand.

  • You should not play in a bad, sad, or mad mood. This affects your game performance ultimately leading you in losing money.

  • You should take a break and pause playing for a while if you have lost money continuously 3-4 times.

  • You should not chase losses. Even if you have continuous losses, don’t try to recoup them at tournaments with higher stakes.

Can I play from a territory outside India?
Only residents of India (outside of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Telangana, Sikkim and Nagaland) can play the game.
I had poor internet connection during the match.
An unstable internet connection can lead to a disqualification. A refund is not issued on disqualification.
I registered for a match but did not join, will I get a refund?
No, you will not receive a refund in such a case.

I left a match by mistake, can I rejoin?
No, you can’t rejoin a match you quit/left previously.

I am from Andhra Pradesh/Assam/Sikkim/Nagaland/Telangana and am unable to play paid games. Why am I only allowed to play free games?
We would like to inform you that players from Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are not allowed to play real money games on Ludo Supreme. This is due to policy reasons, and we firmly abide by the same.
Can I unjoin a match I joined before it starts?
No, you can’t unjoin once you have joined the match.
What are the different tournament formats?
In 1vs1, you play against a single user and there is only one winner. In 1 Winner, 2 Winner and 3 Winner formats, there are 4 players but the prize is split between 1, 2 and 3 players respectively.
Where can I withdraw money?
You can withdraw money to your Bank Account or online Wallet.
Can I change my email id or phone number associated with my account?
No, it’s not possible to change these details.
Can I use any image for DP?
We recommend you use your own picture as a profile avatar. Your image should not contain nudity or otherwise offensive content.
