Fairplay and Prevention of Fraud Policy

 Ludo Supreme is committed to promoting FAIR PLAY on the platform. Our Compliance Team will track game play of all players and strict action will be taken against any player(s) caught indulging in coin dumping and/or collusion. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the site, you agree not to indulge in any unfair game practise that might provide undue advantage to you or any other player.

 

Ludo Supreme reserves the right to take any necessary action, as it deems fit, against players who are found to have indulged in in unfair means and practises. The action could range from monetary penalties, temporary account suspension, Withdrawal blocking to permanent account deactivation.

Any player involved in violation of the above terms is liable for prosecution. Any player found to be a fraud for any reason, for example, found depositing or withdrawing from/to a fraudulent account, is liable to be proceeded against by the management of Ludo Supreme including but not limited to the confiscation of the player’s balance and locking of the user’s account. 

Players caught dumping coins between accounts will be levied a minimum penalty of 40% of the coins dumped. Ludo Supreme reserves the right to permanently block the account and forfeit the coins (including pending Withdrawals) available in it if the player is found to be involved in any kind of malicious activity / unfair game play. An unstable internet connection can lead to a disqualification. A refund is not issued on disqualification.

I am from Andhra Pradesh/Assam/Sikkim/Nagaland/Telangana and am unable to play paid games. Why am I only allowed to play free games?
We would like to inform you that players from Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are not allowed to play real money games on Ludo Supreme. This is due to policy reasons, and we firmly abide by the same.
Can I unjoin a match I joined before it starts?
No, you can’t unjoin once you have joined the match.
What are the different tournament formats?
In 1vs1, you play against a single user and there is only one winner. In 1 Winner, 2 Winner and 3 Winner formats, there are 4 players but the prize is split between 1, 2 and 3 players respectively.
Where can I withdraw money?
You can withdraw money to your Bank Account or online Wallet.
Can I change my email id or phone number associated with my account?
No, it’s not possible to change these details.
Can I use any image for DP?
We recommend you use your own picture as a profile avatar. Your image should not contain nudity or otherwise offensive content.
How can I share my result?
You can share your result from the post-game leaderboard screen.
My friend signed up using my referral code/link but I haven’t received any amount?

Do I get the referral bonus if my friend only installs the app?
To get the referral bonus, your friend must perform the actions as mentioned on the refer and earn screen at the time you referred your friend.

Yes, it’s totally safe to download and install the apk.

If you made a payment for a tournament but could not get a table, the charged amount will be credited automatically to your deposit.
